Enter your account email address below to request deletion of your Chic Puzzle account and associated data. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
Data Deletion
When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account profile information (username, email address)
- In-app styling history
- Preferences and settings
- Any generated content or saved data
Data Retention
For legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes, some data may be retained for a limited time:
- Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
- Data required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any information you wish to keep before submitting your request.
